Inteqam revolves around feelings of jealousy, resentment and hatred when family relationships are met with competition and comparison.

A member of a well-respected family, Waleed is a handsome young man who is deeply in love with his cousin, Uroosa. Uroosa, on the other hand, is a good-natured and unselfish girl who appreciates the importance of relationships. With the conflicting views of his father and siblings, Uroosa is aware of his mother's helplessness and tries to offer him comfort and emotional support.

Although Waleed and Uroosa admire each other's feelings, they are also aware of some family obstacles and opposition that prevent them. As the people around them continue to create tension and mistrust, the differences between Waleed and Uroosa are bound to increase. In spite of all the injustices, will Waleed and Uroosa ever face the test of time, or will they continue to suffer on their own?
